Title: International Trade Adviser – Life sciences
Salary: £30-33,000, Benefits include pension, healthcare
& 25 days holiday.
Location: Based in the East Midlands
Our client is seeking a business professional to advise
companies engaged in international trade. Applicants
should have experience in one or more of the following:
healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or medical
technology.
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:
• ideally, though not essentially, hands-on knowledge of
trading in international markets.
• ability to establish a results-based relationship with
businesses in an advisory capacity.
• sales and marketing background demonstrating the
credibility to work with a range of companies.

Title: International Business Development Manager -Dutch
and French Speaking
Salary: £ 30-35,000 + benefits
Location: London
Your function is to report directly on all matters to
the Director of Sales, regarding the development and
sale of oral care products and all personnel issues.
Purpose:
Carry out a comprehensive range of sales and marketing
duties. Establish an increase in business in the
designated (budgeted) accounts and develop new
accounts/business in the designated territories.
Qualifications & experience:
• Our ideal candidate should be educated to at least
A-level standard
• Fluent in Dutch and ideally with some French
• Hold a minimum of 3 years sales experience ideally in
export markets and consumer goods/personal care
products.
• Have very recent (ideally current) working knowledge
of the FMCG market, working on accounts at a National
level
• Have a successful and demonstrable track record in the
development and growth of Own Label products
Principle Tasks:
1. Identify & develop new business and increase sales
with existing nominated accounts.
2. Identify & develop new business opportunities in
designated countries including Holland, France, Greece
and Italy (and Asia – short-term).
3. Work within the guidelines as laid down by the
Company - strategy, products, pricing and designated
accounts/countries.
4. Attend exhibitions/other customer focused formats as
and when necessary.
5. Act as an ambassador for the company at all times.
Attend exhibitions and trade events where necessary.
6. European travel.

Title: Export Coordinator
Salary: c.£17,000 + benefits
Location; West Midlands
Our client is seeking to recruit an Export Coordinator
within the Export Department. The job holder will be
required to liaise with the sales, planning, production
and despatch departments.
Duties will include the following:
• Produce accurate export documentation (packing lists
and invoice) using Export Pro
• Obtain EU and Arab Certificates of Origin
• Produce Letter of Credit Documentation when required
• Arrange freight with shipping agents and couriers
• Update customers on deliveries
• Provide order acknowledgments
• Reply to general customer enquiries/queries
• Use the in-house computer packages IMPCON and Achiever
• Expedite orders and sales
• Send account statements and chase payments
• Support the sales function when required
The successful candidate must have strong communication
skills, and be able to work as part of a team. They will
be a self-motivated and positive individual, with
excellent time management skills and the ability to
prioritise and manage their workload.
Previous export and shipping experience would be
desirable. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and
accurate data entry skills are essential.
